A 1984 graduate of DePaul University College of Law. Highly respected by judges and state’s attorneys, he has represented thousands of clients on DUI cases as well as a variety of criminal charges. Steve is a member of the DuPage, Kane, and Will County Bar Associations and has served as Chair of the DuPage County Bar Association's Criminal Law Committee. His clients benefit from over 23 years of experience in DUI and criminal defense, and Secretary of State License Reinstatement Hearings. Steve has been featured in the ChicagoTribune, Sun-Times, Daily Law Bulletin, and Daily Herald. He has also authored articles for the DuPage County Bar Association's magazine, The Brief.

A past president of the DuPage County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association. He also served as Chair of the DuPageCounty Bar Association's Criminal Law Comittee. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. Chris has lectured at various seminars for Illinois Lawyers regarding the always changing DUI laws. Throughout his many years in practice, he has successfully defended thousands of criminal cases from misdemeanors and DUI to murder, and has handled cases in all phases of litigation, from negotiation through both trial and appeal. Chris has a reputation with both judges and prosecutors for being knowledgeable and professional. A former DUI and Felony prosecutor for the DuPage County State’s Attorney. He has a vast knowledge of the court system, having spent 3 years clerking for a DuPage criminal court Judge. He graduated from Northern Illinois University's College of Law in 2000. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Jim handled thousands of DUI cases and hundreds of felony cases, and also trained and supervised Assistant State’s Attorneys. Jim enjoys a reputation as a highly skilled trial attorney, respected by both prosecutors and judges. Jim is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, and the DuPage, Kane, and Will County Bar Associations.
